The terms 'Slyde', 'we', 'us', or 'our' refer to the owner and operator of this service. The term 'you' refers to the user of our service.
Terms of Use
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
- Service Description: Slyde is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos using various AI models including Google Veo 3, Kling, Luma, and others.
- Account Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Credit System: Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate videos. One credit equals $0.01 USD.
- Credit Purchase: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire but may be forfeited if your account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
- Video Generation: Video generation times vary by model and duration. We do not guarantee specific generation times or results.
- Failed Generations: If a video generation fails due to technical issues on our end, credits will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours.
- Content Policy: You are solely responsible for the content you create. You must not use our service to create illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of videos you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service.
- Video Storage: Generated videos are stored for 30 days. We reserve the right to delete videos from inactive accounts without notice.
- Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
- Rate Limits: Users are limited to 3 video generations per minute to ensure fair usage and system stability.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India.
Payment Terms
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through DodoPayments. We do not store your payment information.
- Credit Packages: Credits are sold in packages: Starter Pack (450 credits), Creator Pack (2,000 + 200 bonus credits), and Studio Pack (5,500 + 1,000 bonus credits).
- No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
- Automatic Refunds: The only exception is when video generation fails due to technical errors on our end. In such cases, credits are automatically refunded to your account.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.
- API Costs: Credit costs are based on the AI model used and video duration. Costs are clearly displayed before generation begins.
Limitation of Liability
Slyde is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Videos that do not meet your expectations or requirements
- Loss of data or content due to technical issues
- Any damages arising from your use of the service
- Third-party AI model limitations or failures
- Content generated that violates third-party rights
By using Slyde, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
