At Slyde, we operate on a strict no-refund policy for credit purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

Why No Refunds?
Slyde operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Here's why we maintain a no-refund policy:
- Third-Party API Costs: Credits are used to pay for expensive AI video generation. Once purchased, these costs cannot be recovered.
- Instant Digital Service: Credits are immediately available for use upon purchase and can be spent instantly.
- No Expiration: Credits do not expire (unless your account is inactive for 12+ months), so there's no risk of losing unused credits.
- Transparent Pricing: Credit costs are clearly displayed before each video generation. You always know exactly how many credits will be deducted.
- Try Before You Buy: You can see credit requirements before making a purchase. Start with smaller packs to test the service.
Automatic Credit Refunds (Exceptions)
The ONLY time you receive credits back is when generation fails due to our technical issues:
- Technical Failures: If video generation fails due to server errors, API issues, or system problems on our end, credits are automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours.
- AI Model Errors: If the AI model fails to generate a video due to technical issues (not content policy violations), credits are refunded.
- Payment Processing Errors: If you are charged twice due to a payment processor error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
- No Manual Refunds: We do not offer manual refunds for buyer's remorse, unused credits, dissatisfaction with results, or change of mind.
What If I'm Not Satisfied?
While we cannot offer refunds, we're committed to your satisfaction:
- Start Small: Purchase the Starter Pack ($5 / 450 credits) first to test the service before committing to larger packs.
- Support Team: Contact our support team if you encounter issues. We'll help troubleshoot and ensure you get the best results.
- Feature Requests: If a specific AI model or feature isn't working as expected, let us know. We continuously improve based on user feedback.
- Credit Balance: Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. You can always use them later when you're ready.
